Hello, my name is Kayla Abbott & I am beyond excited to be offering my healing sessions out of In Harmony Meditation & Wellness Center! I am a Level III Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, beginning my relationship with Reiki in 2018. I can honestly tell you that I haven’t looked back since!
For many years, I experienced severe anxiety in almost every aspect of my life. There were times when I was unable to leave my house or take a walk down the street due to an incredible fear of people watching & judging me. But then, something amazing happened: I became deeply interested in energy & how it affects us physically, emotionally & mentally. After months of research, I still wasn’t completely sure of how to help myself but I decided it felt right to dive into Reiki whole-heartedly! This has been so very transformative for me personally, as I no longer deal with that intense anxiety. There have been many steps leading up to what I feel is a recovery of sorts, but I see clearly how much Reiki has contributed to this massive turn around in my personal life.
All that I want to do now is bring healing to other people & show them the tools that they can use to start transforming their own lives. So I bring you energy healing sessions using Reiki along with other healing modalities like Crystal & Sound healing! The sessions will help to balance your Chakras & clear your Aura. My goal is to bring you into a relaxed & even meditative state where you can receive all of the healing needed to bring you back into peace & beautiful alignment.
