We don't allow ourselves to find these in the fast pace of today... ever. The problem with that is that without allowing ourselves to slow down, focus on our own unique conscious and sub-conscious thoughts, and become mindful, we cannot propel ourselves forward to achieve ultimate abundance in happiness, finance, and health. Meditation is what allows you to do this, and it is just as much a vital part of a health and wellness self-care plan as seeing the doctor. You must look after the MIND in order to be able to look after the WHOLE SELF.
